Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. We are thought to believe this but when you think of it its correct. It is the meal that starts your day. A good breakfast means good mood in the morning and good energy during the day. This Air Fryer Breakfast Frittata Recipe is traditional Italian dish that has become traditional breakfast meal all around the world. Cook in almost no oil, the air fryer breakfast frittata is a healthy dish for everyone.
- 3 eggs
- ½ Italian sausage
- 4 cherry tomatoes (in half)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Chopped parsley
- Grano Padano cheese (or parmesan)
Preheat the Air Fryer to 360 degrees
Put the cherry tomatoes and sausage in the baking accessory and bake at 360 degrees for 5 minutes.
In a small bowl, mix remaining ingredients together.
Remove the accessory from the Air Fryer and add the egg mixture, making sure it is even.
Bake for another 5 minutes.
