Air Fryer Jalapeno Poppers

This time we have something very healthy, gluten free and tasty dish to prepare in your Air Fryer. I know how important the air fryer becomes once you start using them in your kitchen. You realize that you can cook fast and make amazing dishes by using very little or no oil. These Air Fryer Jalapeno Poppers give you fun and tasty meal that your kids will love. It’s very healthy and contains no gluten which makes it the perfect TV dinner. Let’s get straight to the recipe.

Ingredients

  • 10 jalapeno peppers, cut on half and seeds removed
  • 8 oz of cream cheese (For the purpose of making it healthier I used dairy-free cream cheese)
  • 1/4 fresh parsley
  • 8/4 c gluten-free bread crumbs

Method

Step 1

Mix together ½ of crumbs and cream cheese.

Step 2

Once combined add in the parsley.

Step 3

Stuff each pepper with this mixture.

Step 4

Gently press the tops of the peppers into the remaining ¼ c of crumbs to create the top coating

Step 5

Cook in an air fryer at 370 degrees F for 6-8 minutes

Step 6

Serve and enjoy
